Rob WilliamsExtremely friendly staff was a pre order product fitted perfectly arrived on time quick and easy.Then the Te Atahi jersey came out I ordered 1 with a number on back delivered again great service. I had also ordered another Te Arahi jersey with a number on the back and if it can be delivered with the another jersey. I just questioned how I can pay for the number of that item on the back. A week or so later one jersey was delivered with no number on the back. It was a case of miscommunication via emails. I went to the Onehunga store to sort this out. Straight after hearing my concerns about no number and no other jersey been delivered the two young gentlemen behind the counter suddenly switched into customer service mode and within five minutes everything was sorted even to a point when he asked if I would like to wear the jersey that night as the game was on in six hours time and return it to add the numbers on. I was shocked and humbled at the courtesy these two young gentlemen showed. I humbled declined that incredible offer. What made it truly amazing was the young gentleman said sorry for coming all the way out from Manurewa to resolve this query he said we will deliver it again free of charge.
