How is a product eligible for the Best Price Promise?
The product should be an identical match in brand-new condition. Same brand, exact same model, same colour, and same size.
The product should be in stock and immediately available at a qualifying store.
What types of products and pricing are NOT eligible for price matching?
In-store services pricing.
Shipping and delivery charges.
Our own short-term sale or promo code pricing expired by 48 hours or more.
Competitor short-term sale pricing expired by 48 hours or more (website screenshot proof will be required).
Employee discounts and sponsored athlete discounts.
Loyalty promotions and credit/financing offers.
Rebates and gifts with purchase.
Buy One, Get One promotions.
What is a ‘qualifying store’?
Any competing retailer, or club & school supplier, with at least one brick and mortar store in New Zealand or commercial office in New Zealand. 3rd party retailers (e.g., GrabOne, NZ SALE, Onceit) will be treated on a case-by-case basis at Players Sports' discretion.
How do you request a price match?
Email email@example.com with a link to the qualifying store’s website (and/or a screenshot if necessary) showing the product/price (please allow up to 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends for a reply). Or inform our staff in-store and they will check the qualifying store’s website on the spot.
