These delivery timeframes are general guidelines for regular-sized orders.
Urban North Island: 1-3 working days
Urban South Island: 2-4 working days
Rural addresses: 3-5 working days
Oversize Items
Some larger products require specialist freight due to their size. Examples include basketball systems, netball systems, rugby scrum machines, goal posts and tackle bags.
Oversize freight charges vary depending on the product and are automatically calculated during checkout.

Weekend & Public Holiday Orders
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed no later than the next working day.
Delivery Time Exceptions
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some orders may require a little extra processing time.
This may include:
- Cricket bats requiring workshop services such as knocking-in or repairs.
- Tennis rackets requiring restringing.
- Supporters' apparel with custom name or number embellishment.
- Orders containing products located across multiple Players Sports locations.
- Made-to-order products, such as selected rugby tackle bags.
- Products marked online as Website Product Only, which may require an additional 24-hour handling period.
