Customer Service Response Times

We’re currently experiencing higher enquiry volumes. Our team is responding to emails within 24-36 hours on weekdays, and 36-48 hours on weekends.

Our customer service phone line is open 10:00am to 5:30pm on weekdays. If you call outside these hours, please leave a voicemail. We’ll come back to you within 24 hours on weekdays, or by the following Monday if your message is received on a weekend or after 5:30pm on Friday.
