Whether you're logging steady kms or mixing it up with cross-training, the ASICS DYNABLAST™ 5 is built to keep you moving comfortably. A soft jacquard mesh upper wraps your foot with breathable support, while the mesh tongue adds flex and airflow where you need it most.

Underfoot, the targeted midsole and outsole design focuses bounce and energy return into the forefoot and heel strike zones — giving you a smooth, springy ride without the bulk. Lower stack height, higher response. All go, no drag.

Engineered jacquard mesh upper to help improve breathability.
FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning for lightweight impact absorption and a responsive rebound.
Trampoline-inspired bounce.
OrthoLite™ X-30 sockliner.
AHAR™ LO outsole rubber.
At least 50% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.
