I recently purchased a pair of shoes online and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pricing is excellent — very competitive compared to what other shoe companies are offering for similar products.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service I received from the staff at Greenlane store. The team member who assisted me was incredibly coordinated and patient. Rather than pushing random products for the sake of a sale, he took the time to genuinely understand what I was looking for and carefully guided me toward the right choice. His approach was thoughtful, attentive, and completely customer-focused.
It’s rare to find a store where the staff truly listens and prioritises your needs over their own targets. Highly recommend the Greenlane store — great value and even better service!
