I bought this product because my Physiotherapist recommended that I get this particular brace due to twisting my knee. I have found that it is really supportive and is helping me get better again. On my phsyio’s instructions I wear it when I am engaged in heavier activities such as gardening, walking etc. When I am wearing it it certainly is giving me the extra support I need as I healing and is a good fit.
