Choosing the Right Junior Cricket Equipment
Correct sizing is important for young cricketers. A bat should suit the player's height and strength, while gloves and pads need to provide suitable protection without restricting movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the starter pack include a cricket bag or helmet?
No. Both are available separately, allowing you to choose suitable options for your junior player. Use promo code PS2627 to receive 20% off their full RRP when purchased with the starter pack.
Can my child use the Kookaburra Ghost Pro 7.0 Bat straight away?
We recommend knocking in the bat before using it against hard cricket balls. This can be completed at home using a cricket bat mallet or through the Players Sports Cricket Bat Workshop.
What age is the Kookaburra Junior Starter Pack suitable for?
The pack is designed for developing junior cricketers. Suitability depends on the player's height, strength and equipment sizing rather than age alone.
Players Workshop Knock In, Bat Facing and Toe Guard application options are available (where applicable) once this bat is added to the cart.
*Starter packs are sold as a set package and unfortunately the components cannot be changed to different models.
If you would like any alternative models, you will need to purchase these individually and you will not receive the special bundle discount.
