Head Speed Team Padel Racket

HEAD Speed Team Padel Racket

The HEAD Speed Team Padel Racket is a versatile, teardrop-shaped racket designed for advanced players who want an accessible combination of power, control and comfort. Featuring a fibreglass hitting surface, Auxetic 2.0 technology and a 365 g weight, the Speed Team delivers a softer, more forgiving feel while providing the power needed for attacking shots.

Part of HEAD's Speed range, this racket is suited to players who want to accelerate their game without sacrificing touch and precision during rallies.

Teardrop Shape for Versatile Performance

The Speed Team features a teardrop-shaped head, offering a balance between the control characteristics of a round racket and the attacking potential of a diamond-shaped design.

This makes it a practical option for players who regularly switch between defensive exchanges, controlled volleys and attacking overhead shots.

At 365 g, the Speed Team provides a solid hitting feel, while its versatile shape allows players to generate power without relying entirely on aggressive swings.

For advanced players who prefer an adaptable racket rather than one focused exclusively on power or control, the Speed Team offers a well-rounded playing experience.

Fibreglass Hitting Surface for Easy Power

The Speed Team uses a fibreglass hitting surface, providing a softer and more flexible response than the firmer feel commonly associated with carbon fibre constructions.

This flexibility helps produce accessible power during ball contact, making it easier to generate pace without needing maximum racket speed on every shot.

The softer hitting feel is also beneficial during controlled volleys, defensive returns and placement shots, where touch and consistency are important.

For players who want a comfortable, responsive racket that performs across different phases of a rally, the fibreglass construction is a key feature.

Who is the HEAD Speed Team Padel Racket best for?

The HEAD Speed Team is best suited to advanced padel players who want a versatile racket with accessible power, a softer hitting feel and dependable control.

Its teardrop shape makes it suitable for players who combine defensive consistency with attacking opportunities, rather than relying exclusively on powerful smashes.

The fibreglass hitting surface also appeals to players who prefer a more comfortable, forgiving response compared with firmer carbon fibre rackets.
