At the heart of the Fuji Lite 6 is FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning – a lighter, more responsive midsole foam that softens impact without slowing you down. It feels light underfoot but still delivers a cushioned, energetic ride, even on longer runs.
A secure midfoot wrap and reworked lacing system keep the shoe snug on uneven ground, giving you the confidence to push the pace on tricky descents or switchbacks. Underneath, the ASICSGRIP™ rubber outsole with 4mm lugs provides reliable traction across wet roots, loose rock, and everything in between.
The upper is a lightweight engineered mesh that breathes well and dries fast – ideal for wet bush tracks or river crossings. An elastic lace loop on the tongue keeps your laces secure and out of the way. ASICS has also kept the build eco-conscious, using at least 50% recycled materials in the main upper.
