Customer Service Response Times

Our team is currently responding to emails within 24-36 hours on weekdays and 36-48 hours on weekends.

Our customer service phone line is open 10:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you call outside these hours, please leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays, or by the following Monday if your message is received after 5:30pm on Friday or over the weekend.
