The Players Sports Tennis Demo & Deal Day is back for 2026.
Join us on Sunday 11 October from 10am to 3pm at the TotalCoach Tennis Centre, 69 Merton Road, St Johns, Auckland for a free day of tennis racket testing, expert advice, event deals, competitions and giveaways.
Following a huge turnout for our first event in 2025, we’re bringing Wilson, HEAD, Yonex and Babolat together again for our second annual Tennis Demo & Deal Day.
It is a rare opportunity for tennis players to test and directly compare rackets from all four major brands in the same place, on the same day and during the same hitting session.
Free entry. No registration required. All ages and playing levels welcome.

Choosing a tennis racket from specifications alone only tells you so much. The best way to understand how a racket feels is to actually hit with it.
Each major tennis brand will have its own dedicated indoor court, giving you the chance to move between brands, play test different rackets and compare how they feel on court.
Brand representatives, expert tennis coaches and sponsored players will be on hand throughout the day to help you understand the different ranges and find rackets suited to your game.
Whether you are looking for more control, power, spin, comfort or simply want to see what feels right in your hand, you can test your options before making a decision.
And because all courts are indoors, the event will go ahead regardless of the Auckland weather.
Pickleball with Babolat and Franklin
Pickleball will also be part of the 2026 Demo & Deal Day, with Babolat and Franklin running a dedicated pickleball activation across Courts 5 and 6.
Already play pickleball? Come down and test different paddles on court, compare your options and talk gear with people who know the sport.
Never played before? This is also an opportunity to pick up a paddle and try pickleball for the first time.
Whether you are an experienced player looking at your next paddle or simply curious about one of the world’s fastest growing racket sports, Courts 5 and 6 will be open to get involved and have a hit.

Our Players Sports Tennis Pro Shop is located inside the TotalCoach Tennis Centre, so you can move straight from testing rackets on court to checking out the range in store.
There will be 20% off tennis, padel and pickleball rackets, bags and shoes on the day, alongside competitions, giveaways and spot prizes from participating brands.
It means you can test and compare your options first, get advice from people who know the equipment, then take advantage of the event deal once you have found the right gear for you.

We know tennis players from around New Zealand will not all be able to make it to Auckland.
We’ll be releasing a special online Tennis Demo & Deal Day promo code through our Facebook Event closer to the day, giving players outside Auckland the opportunity to access the event deals online.
