    Had a bit of an issue with my item being out of stock but, was offered a substitute item which costed a little more then my original item. Only half my order got delivered and then emailed quickly saying where the rest of my order was and then it got shipped shortly after Allison talked to the warehouse. Very satisfied

    Players sports are one of a kind. I ordered tennis shoes, once I received them they were to small. I sent them back and an email asking if I could change for a bigger size. Within in afew days had a new pair the right size. great communication and service.
