What products qualify for a price match?

To be eligible, the product must be:

• An exact match including brand, model, colour and size
• Brand new condition
• In stock and immediately available at a qualifying New Zealand retailer

All criteria must be met for the price match to apply.

What does “exact match” mean?

Exact match means the product must be identical in every detail, including:

• Brand
• Model version
• Colourway
• Size

We cannot match similar or older versions of the same product.

What is considered a qualifying store?

A qualifying store must:

• Have at least one physical brick-and-mortar retail location in New Zealand
• Be actively trading
• Have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase

Club and school suppliers may qualify. Third-party and drop ship retailers are reviewed at our discretion.

Can you match prices from online-only retailers or overseas websites?

Price matching is limited to qualifying New Zealand retailers with a physical store presence.

What is not eligible for price matching?

• Or a screenshot clearly showing the product and price

Please allow up to 24 hours for weekday responses and up to 48 hours on weekends.

How do I request a price match in store?

Speak to one of our team members at the counter. We’ll verify the qualifying store’s website and confirm eligibility on the spot where possible.

Can I request a price match after I’ve purchased the product?

If you’ve recently purchased and find a qualifying lower price shortly after, contact our customer service team and we’ll review it in line with our Best Price Promise terms.

Does the Best Price Promise apply to sale items?

Yes, provided the competitor’s price is current and meets all eligibility criteria. Expired sales or promotions older than 48 hours are not eligible.
