We are safely dispatching online orders with contactless delivery New Zealand wide. There might be courier delays so please be patient if your order is late arriving.

Some orders/products might not be delivered by NZ Post until Auckland enters COVID-19 Alert Level 3.

We offer a quick and efficient New Zealand wide online shopping service.

Shop online with us now knowing you are paying at least the same, or in some cases even cheaper, than your local sports store - without the hassle of finding a carpark or even leaving the house.

All our online orders are tracked and traced from the time of dispatch to the safe arrival at your front door. Via your confirmation emails, you will be able to monitor the progress of your purchase throughout the delivery process.

You will receive the track and trace information via email once your order has been entered into the NZ Post network.

Our delivery charge is only $4.99 per order to any single address within New Zealand.

The time frames below are general guidelines for delivery*.

  • Standard North Island destination: Expect to receive within 1-3 working days.
  • Standard South Island destination: Expect to receive within 2-4 working days.
  • Rural Delivery destinations: Expect to receive within 3-5 working days.

(All orders placed on weekends will be dealt with no later than the following Monday, or next working day if a Public Holiday)

*Certain types of orders may, unfortunately, take slightly longer than these guidelines. Orders which include cricket bats with workshop services, rackets with added stringing services and supporters' apparel with customisation may from time to time fall outside our targeted delivery windows. Also with instances where a single order has multiple products which are not all in stock at one Players Sports location minor transit delays might be incurred. Finally, any orders which include products which are ‘made to order’ (e.g. some rugby tackle bags) or housed in a 3rd party location (products marked online as ‘Website Product Only’) could experience a 24-hour handling delay.
