When you shop with Players Sports, you can confidently purchase knowing that you can return your whole or part purchase if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason up to 365 days of the delivery date. Simply return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange or refund.
All returns and exchanges must adhere to the guidelines below.
Players Sports Returns
All you need to do is return the product/s to us in the same condition that you received it in and we’ll exchange or refund the item/s. If you need to exchange the item for another size we’ll send the exchange back to you completely free and on us!
Return your whole or part purchase and packaging to us in the same condition as you received it and we will exchange or refund your purchase. We will ship any exchange request back to you for FREE New Zealand wide!
Full Priced Items can be exchange, Credited or refunded. All Sale and Clearance Items can be exchanged or credited but no refunds will be offered.
Simply return your purchase to our Auckland store in-person or by the post (Address below). We will inspect the goods to ensure they are in their original condition with all tags attached.ATTN: Players Sports Returns

The item/s and its packaging must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. So when returning anything packaged please pack the item inside a satchel or another box and do not attach anything to the original products packaging as your return might not be accepted.
Underwear: Players Sports will not accept any returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons unless the packaging is completely unopened.
Faulty Item Returns
All repairs will be carried out by the supplier and not by Players Sports. Some items might not be repairable and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of items for replacement are at the manufacturer’s discretion and out of Players Sports control. We will do our best to ensure we get a quick repair, replacement or refund for you and we will keep you completely informed during the process.
Return the item to our postal address above with a copy of the invoice and we’ll contact you ASAP and start the process.
