Energy Boost CAP: Increased Control. The new shape allows the shaft to flex, which ensures the maximum effect of “Namd[1](more flex and faster kick-back graphite material)” and stabilizes the racket face by preventing the shaft twisting, increasing control.

Badminton racket grips/sizes should be big enough so that when holding the handle correctly (like shaking someone’s hand), the tip of your ring finger shouldn't touch your palm.
These days, most manufacturers are making rackets in a single size, so if you find the grip is too thin then you could apply an overgrip to the handle until you find a grip size/weight that you’re comfortable with.
