Badminton racket grips/sizes should be big enough so that when holding the handle correctly (like shaking someone’s hand), the tip of your ring finger shouldn't touch your palm.

These days, most manufacturers are making rackets in a single size, so if you find the grip is too thin then you could apply an overgrip to the handle until you find a grip size/weight that you’re comfortable with.

Badminton racket sizes made simple:

  • 3u5 = 85-89g racket weight, 83mm circumferential grip size.

  • 4u5 = 80-84g racket weight, 83mm circumferential grip size.

    I use Duora 10 for 3 years, it's a good balance racquet. When you do full power smash or denfence, you can count on it. Compared with my other racquets (eg. Astrox 99 3u), duora 10 does not consume too much energy to swing, I can play with it for 3 hrs. Good choice for double. I use 80P 24/26p string.
